Key
Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Efficiently enter equipment orders and manage purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring seamless transactions and timely delivery of goods.
Reporting:
Take charge of compiling, updating, and disseminating weekly/monthly department reports to keep our sales team informed and empowered for success.
Vendor Relations:
Annually gather vendor pricing data and facilitate new product setups in our business system, fostering strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitiveness and product availability.
Inventory Oversight:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, assisting in scheduling product transfers and meticulously tracking open vendor purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
Operational Assistance:
Perform occasional warehouse duties, including equipment receiving, and contribute to various general operational tasks to keep our division running smoothly.
